Kickboxing is a high intensity cardio workout that combines elements of boxing, martial arts and aerobic endurance targeting all the muscles in the body. Jab, Kick, Cross and Block your way through a 50-55 minute workout. No additional equipment necessary with the exception of a towel to dry off.
If this is your first time taking kickboxing...you will get the hang of it. This is your workout. By the third time you take the class, you will be a master at all of Liz's cues and moves.
